Cleanser or Soap?

Soap has a general pH level of between 9 and 10, which can make your skin feel very clean, but is just way too harsh - removing all natural oils from your skin making the pH level too alkaline.

This effect can cause the sebaceous glands to overproduce oil to compensate for the dryness causing clogged pores and breakouts. The first huge difference is that different cleansers have been developed for different skin types - apart from being developed generally at a much lower pH level than soaps and are gentler on your skin.

The @isclinical Cleansing Complex gel is powerful, yet gentle enough for hypersensitive skin. Cleansing complex thoroughly cleanses the surface & pores of the skin without stripping essential natural oils - with 5.6 pH, the same as the skin's acid mantle.
