Thank you for supporting the NHS!

2020 Hasn't started the way we all hoped for, but it has awakened a sense of community in the UK and the rest of the world.

Many of our own customers, their family and their friends work in key sectors during these trying times, and for that we would like to thank everyone for their efforts.

To show our appreciation in a more tangible way, last month we promised to donate 2% of all our sales during April to NHS Charities Together's COVID-19 Urgent Appeal. 

We are proud to announce that we have made the donation which will go towards the NHS doctors, nurses, medical and support staff, carers and volunteers who are constantly showing extraordinary bravery, dedication and selflessness in treating and caring for victims of the pandemic.

How does dermoi! deal with the situation?

As we are a young company with a diverse team, we were able to let everyone work from the safety of their home. Since day one our team has a daily catch up call during which we dedicate time to speak about our personal lives as well as work.

We believe it is important during these times that everyone can keep feeling connected and as a workplace we feel it is our duty to support our colleagues where we can.

Is there more news about facial treatments?

Currently we are still awaiting advice from the government on when we can start offering facial treatments again. We believe it will still take some time before life can return to normal.

Health and wellbeing is at the core of everything we do, which is why we will only be offering facial treatments again when we have received clear guidelines and can guarantee the safety of both our clients and our aestheticians.

We hope to see you again soon and we will definitely keep our loyal clients posted about any changes.

In the meantime everyone who had a treatment booked will be able to re-schedule with us at any time in the future or has already been reimbursed on their request.
